This product is used at the high point of the pipeline or the place where there is closed air and the outlet of the pump, to remove the gas in the pipe to dredge the pipeline and make the pipeline work normally. If the exhaust valve is not installed, the pipeline will be blocked at any time, so that the water outlet capacity of the pipeline will not meet the design requirements. Secondly: if there is a power failure in the pipeline during operation, the negative pressure of the pump stop pipeline will cause the pipeline to vibrate or rupture, and the exhaust valve will quickly suck the air into the pipe to prevent the pipeline from vibrating or rupturing.
When the water begins to enter the pipeline, the valve seat is separated from the float ball, and a large amount of exhaust is carried out, and when the air is exhausted, the ball floats in the water inlet valve, closes the valve seat, and stops the exhaust. If the pipeline is in normal operation, a small amount of gas will naturally accumulate into the inside of the pipe, and when it gathers to a certain extent, the water level in the valve will drop, the float will fall, the valve seat will be opened, and the gas will be discharged from the valve seat hole. If there is a power outage, a pump outage, and the water in the pipe is empty, there will be negative pressure in the pipe at any time, and the float will fall down the water, open the valve seat hole, and the air intake in the valve will ensure the safety of the pipeline.
