Luo Yongqiang, deputy secretary of the party committee of the company, summarized the party building work in 2022 on behalf of the company's party committee and deployed the party building work in 2023. He pointed out that 2022 is the year of the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and it is also an extraordinary year in the company's development history. In the face of the severe and complex market environment and the new crown epidemic, the party organizations at all levels of the company are guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, unite and mobilize the majority of party members, cadres and employees, closely focus on the production and operation center, and do a solid job in all aspects of party building, providing a strong ideological and organizational guarantee for promoting the development of the enterprise. He emphasized that 2023 is the starting year for the full implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the promotion of Chinese-style modernization, and it is a key year for the company to promote the implementation of the "boutique strategy" and take the road of high-quality development. Party organizations at all levels and the majority of party members should closely focus on the company's business objectives and policies, unswervingly do a good job in various tasks, and go all out to promote the safe and stable development of the company.

An Zhenhu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, delivered a speech and put forward five requirements for the party building work in 2023. First, the party building work should be based on the party's line, principles, policies, and basic theories, and do a good job in ideological and political construction; the second is to focus on the core values and corporate vision of the enterprise; the third is to incorporate party building work into the whole process of production and operation planning, and establish a systematic quality education system; Fourth, we should lead the innovation of employees and the improvement of various capabilities with the correct values to achieve the economic benefits of the enterprise; Fifth, we should do a good job in unity, mobilize all vital forces, and improve production efficiency.

An Zhenhu signed a letter of responsibility for the goals of party building work in 2023 with the secretaries of the party branches. The person in charge of the general office reported on the payment of party dues of each party branch and the income and expenditure of the company's party dues in 2022.

Zhang Tianfeng, secretary of the company's Commission for Discipline Inspection, presided over the meeting and made a concluding speech.
