Air Trap

In the process of making compressed air, the moist air is heated up by the compressor, and when the vapor in the unsaturated state cools to a certain temperature, the water becomes water droplets, which are carried away with the compressed air. In addition, lubricating oil is used to ensure the normal operation of the compressor, and some of it will also enter the compressed air. These oil and water entering the compressed air can cause many faults, so they should be eliminated in time, and in this case, air traps need to be used to remove oil and water to improve and ensure the operating efficiency of the equipment.

Natural Gas Trap

The natural gas trap is a new type of trap that is fully automated, "zero leakage". The product is a "self-powered" automatic valve, which uses the principle of float and lever balance to realize the separation of gas and water in natural gas mines and the automatic discharge of sedimented water (liquid) in natural gas storage tanks, and there is no natural gas leakage in the process of water (liquid) discharge. It can adapt to various complex working conditions, purify the natural gas wellhead and effectively separate impurities, and has good energy-saving and environmental protection effects.

Trap valves

The trap valve is a valve that uses the specific gravity or density difference of different media to drive the valve disc and other components to open and close, automatically discharge the liquid or the liquid with a large specific gravity, and prevent the leakage of gas or the liquid with a small specific gravity. In different industrial fields, trap valves have a variety of names, such as drain valves, liquid drains, condensate drains, compressed air drain valves, automatic drain traps, water traps, float drain valves, etc., and their structures and functions have many things in common.

Drain Valve

A drain valve is a valve that automatically discharges liquids or liquids with a large specific gravity and stops the leakage of gases or liquids with a small specific gravity. Fully automatic and continuous operation, discharge when there is heavier liquid, automatic shutdown when there is no heavier liquid, and no leakage of lighter liquid. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, papermaking, metallurgy and other industries to automatically discharge heavier liquids or water from lighter liquids.
